Wont work with Down Rod!

I love my fan bought a second one for my stair case with vaulted ceiling, and the wires are not long enough to ad a down rod so I had to buy extenders which are really hard to find, and 1 isn't even right connector so had to extend wires myself. So if you want it with the short rod it comes with works great if you need to put a downrod not buy!
