Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service and received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise how and where your delivery can be collected.

Please note: Depending on your location, shipping may take up to 3–5 working days.
4. How long will my product take?
We will ship your order within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse, and it usually takes 2–4 business days to receive your products.
5. Taxes and Duties
For the United States:
All packages are shipped from JSAITEE. There is no additional tax on our products for American customers, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping on JSAITEE.
