Purchased this for the deck gazeebo. Looks good, quiet and easy to install

This came looking SO sleek and had everything you could need for the installation process. The noise level with the fan is perfect. Not loud, almost silent honestly. Its a decent size for a dining room and gives a nice modern spin on the space.

This ceiling fan with LED light is terrific! The light has so many different features... varying light color (yellowish to bluish white) with varying degrees of brightness - very good brightness settings. I tried both the app on the phone and the handheld remote control and both work great. The fan has 6 speed settings and can reverse itself with the press of a button.I had a problem installing the LED light panel as I pushed the power supply connector into the power receiver connector and it broke loose from the LED circuit board. I emailed the support site about my problem and got a response from the support person, Sophia, in an hour or two (I was pleasantly shocked). I explained the situation in the email and Sophia said she would initiate a replacement part request from manufacturer in Hong Kong. I got an email the next day from Sophia stating that the part would be shipped via DHL air and that the part would be arriving at my front door in about 5 TO 7 DAYS! Shock and amazement!! And... the part arrived in 6 days. I installed the new LED circuit board, a little more deftly this time and... everything now works great! I am a very satisfied customer. A note to the company support management (Sophia's boss(es), she is a wonderful asset to your company. She made what I was expecting to be a laborious and time-consuming waste of time, pleasant, timely, concise, and delivered on stated expectations. This was good old-fashioned customer service. My old fan was blown away by the hurricane last year. So I bought this one. So far it is pretty good. I installed it in the outside. Installation was easy and the fan looked nice. The lights are very bright and the remote works fine..

I’m really happy with this fan. Installation was simple and didn’t take long, and once it was up, it looked great. I was a little unsure about the nickel finish—it’s not subtle, but it’s also not overly bold. In my modern setup, it strikes the right balance and blends in nicely.I haven’t used the app, but the remote works just fine and handles everything I need it to. The fan runs quietly and moves air well. All in all, it’s a good-looking, functional fan that fits the space without drawing too much attention.
