Why did you pick this product vs others?:Easy to assemble. Good features. Only negative for me was the need to control with the remote or app. You can’t just turn the wall switch off and on

Very pleased with this purchase. Excellent customer service from the manufacturer, very quiet operation, bright led lights with multiple “temperatures”, fairly light weight for installing single handed, and app remote. Only thing I'm adjusting to is the lack of manual pull chains for controlling the light kit and fan speed.

I purchased this fan to replace one in a guest room that had suffered from water damage in the attic. I did not want to spend too much since it will rarely be used, so the price and look of this one was perfect for our needs. It arrived quickly, and the installation was not too difficult, but some of the wires were challenging to connect with the amount of slack provided. It would also be helpful at times to have an extra set of hands.Now, the main reason for this review is that following the installation, the LED light fixture did not originally work. The fan itself was perfect and very quiet, but the LED only flickered and would not stay steady no matter what mode it was on. I checked the connections and reinstalled them numerous times with no improvement, so I contacted the customer service for the manufacturer. Thankfully, they replied within a few hours and offered to send the new part. Of course, it was coming from China, so we did not expect it quickly, but they were willing to send it with expedited shipping, and the new part arrived in about a week and a half. I just installed it, and everything is working perfectly.I am very impressed with their customer service, and I'm confident that if anything else has an issue, they will be helpful in fixing it. I highly recommend this ceiling fan!

Love this! It is just what we were looking for. It is super powerful and has several speeds and is easy to connect to the wireless app. We love them!
